Crick in my Neck

For no apparent reason, my computer monitor has turned the display sideways. I've never typed up the screen before. I'm getting used to it but reading the screen is becoming a problem. I can't figure out how to fix it. Anyone know the trick???

I read somewhere that if you mix vinegar with dairy it makes you see things sideways:)
